Farmers and traders at an open-air produce market
Our Story

From a single pilot yard to a platform committees ask for by name

In 2019, a small team spent three months inside a district APMC in Madhya Pradesh, timing how long a sack of wheat took to go from truck to trader to bank transfer. The answer was, on a good day, four days — most of it spent on paper that moved between five different desks.

We built digital weighing and e-auctions to close that gap, not to replace the auction system traders already trusted. The first version ran on two tablets and a borrowed weighbridge. The committee's own arrival-to-payment time dropped to under a day within the first season.

That pilot is still one of our reference sites. Everything we've added since — farmer payments, licensing, market analytics — has been built the same way: in the yard, with the people who use it every morning.

What We Believe

Four ideas guide every product decision

Trust is the product

A digital ledger only works if traders believe it's fairer than the one it replaced. We design for verifiability first, convenience second.

Built for real connectivity

Rural bandwidth is inconsistent. Every module is designed to keep working — and sync later — when the signal drops.

The farmer is the customer

Committees pay for the platform, but every feature is judged by whether it gets a farmer a fairer price, faster.

Compliance isn't an afterthought

Every transaction is logged the way state marketing boards need it — so audits are a formality, not a scramble.
